Casa Douna

Located in the centre of Dunas Douradas, around 20 minutes east of Vilamoura, Casa Douna is an attractive, modern property suitable for up to eight guests. With the beach just a few minutes’ walk away, and areas like Faro, Loulé and Quarteira within driving distance, this well-located villa offers superb outdoor space with a centrepiece 10m x 6m pool.

Pretty gardens and a variety of open and covered terrace areas make Casa Douna a relaxing place to be. You have outdoor seating and sun loungers, a dining area with rattan furniture, and a ping-pong table in the open air. There is also a gas barbecue and food preparation area.

Inside, an entrance hall takes you to the modern kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and much more. There is also a separate laundry room to the side. The dining room and living area share a similar style of décor with black, white and red being the dominant colours. You have a dining table with seating for eight, and an attractive lounge area with TV, DVD player, music system and fireplace.

The property has four bedrooms, including the master with a double bed, separate dressing area, en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with seating. The second bedroom is another en-suite double with access to the pool area, while the remaining two are both twin rooms with en-suite shower rooms and outdoor seating areas.

This villa is within easy reach of several delightful beaches along the Algarve coast, such as Praia da Falesia between Vilamoura and Albufeira. San Lorenzo golf course and the beautiful Ria Formosa nature reserve are also among highlights of the area. There are several Michelin star restaurants to enjoy in Almancil, while kids will enjoy the town’s go-karting centre and nearby water-parks like Aquashow.
