A restored olive-oil farm built in the 17th century, Finca Saldana is a totally unique home offering 50 private acres of olive groves and countless modern luxuries for up to 18 lucky guests!

With innumerable lounges, indoor and outdoor seating and dining areas and a vast kitchen for all your self-catering needs, this home has all the space a large group could wish for – not to mention the nine enormous bedrooms!

Natural life weaves its way around the charming architecture and its traditional charm emanates from every inch: classic beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, antique furnishings, vintage paintings and tableware each reminds you of its nearly 400-year history. Yet this home is as contemporary as any – equipped with a TV, PlayStation, sound system and Wi-Fi, a baby grand piano and a pool table, and much, much more.

For those that enjoy keeping up their healthy habits, you’ll find your very own fitness area on site, so you can train just as hard and maintain your excellent figure even while holidaying! You’ll love the games room, equipped with a pool table it is the perfect hub for a little healthy competition, and will keep energy levels high as you prepare for an evening in the town, or head out for a delicious dinner at any of the nearby restaurants! And when it’s simply time to relax, there’s surely no better place than in front of your home cinema.

In this main building, you will find the first eight sublime and spacious bedrooms, while the ninth is located in a one bedroom apartment just adjacent to the main house. There is an extra cost for the ninth bedroom as it is located in a separate one bedroom apartment including 1 x double bed, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette. Seven of the rooms are accompanied by luxurious ensuite facilities, while there are four additional family bathrooms, all incredibly elegant and modern. 

And finally, venture out into your simply spectacular garden and arrive at your glistening 16 by the 6.5-meter private swimming salt-water pool. Whether you fancy a morning work-out, an afternoon soak or indeed maybe even a midnight dip, the refreshing depths of your private pool await you! Lined with loungers and parasols, this is the perfect spot for a little sun-bathing, snoozing and socialising.

Dine in style at the alfresco table on the veranda with dazzling views across the countryside, and if you’re feeling adventurous why not fire up the BBQ and enjoy a fun-filled meal with the whole group?! Alongside all of this, you’ll also find basketball hoops and a tennis court for your exclusive enjoyment, so you can practice your serve, work up an appetite and enjoy the competition!

The local towns of Sóller to the south and Port de Sóller to the north offer a picturesque harbour, magnificent architecture and, of course, a stunning beach with crystal clear waters, soft golden sand and a coastline bursting with small bays and dramatic cliffs to explore and enjoy.

Just a ten-minute drive away, these are the perfect spots to enjoy a coffee in the sunshine, a paddle on the beach or a breath-taking stroll! 40 minutes away you’ll find Palma, the capital of the island and an unmissable city for history, beaches and nightlife alike!
