Villa Salimao IV

If you like the outdoors and are adventurous in spirit, Sagres is a wonderful place for an active holiday amongst stunning scenery.  With its chilled-out surfer vibe, relentless, spectacular waves and its breathtaking Natural Park, Sagres is a fantastic destination. There are endless picturesque beaches and dramatic landscapes caused by the pounding waves and prevailing winds. Hiking, cycling, golf, tennis and watersports can all be enjoyed in this part of the world. The glorious climate makes it possible to spend most of the time outdoors.
 
Villa Salimao IV is situated in a ten villa development with excellent communal swimming pools and a lovely garden. The villas are all contemporary in design, and Villa Salimao IV has three gorgeous bedrooms for six guests. The 12m x 6m communal pool and children’s pool is just across from the villa. The development is nestled in a quiet location though it is just 600m from Sagres town centre and the fabulous Praia do Martinhal beach.
 
The master bedroom has a fantastic, large terrace with astounding views towards the beach and sun loungers for relaxing. It also has an immaculate en-suite bathroom. There are two other excellent bedrooms with twin beds. They are bright and cheerful and share a dazzling bathroom. The contemporary floating staircase is a work of art and leads down to the open plan living and dining room. Again, it is a very bright space with comfortable modern furniture. The fabulous, sleek kitchen is at the back of the villa and leads to covered outdoor dining where there is also a barbecue.
 
To the front of the villa, there is a lawn with further sun loungers and bean bags where you can relax and enjoy the community garden opposite. Villa Salimao IV is a fabulous base to return to, within walking distance of many excellent restaurants serving delicious food and trendy bars. Villa Salimao IV is part of a small development with three of our other properties, Villa Salimao I, Villa Salimao II and Villa Salimao III, all sleeping 7 guests between 3 bedrooms. Each property can be rented individually, but the villas may also work well for larger groups looking to stay together while maintaining individual privacy.
