Villa Kassandra

Villa Kassandra sits nestled on the hillside on the east of the peninsula of Kassandra, overlooking its own extensive grounds, large heated pool, private beach and the Aegean Sea. Yet close enough to several villages where you can find excellent shops, and traditional café’s, tavernas and restaurants for eating out. This exquisite villa has been designed thoughtfully;  over three floors, each significant room and every bedroom having access its own terrace or private balcony. Luxurious, but comfortable and homely, Villa Kassandra can sleep up to twelve guests, two guests can make use of the sofa bed in the garden room. As you enter the villa on the ground floor, find yourself in a stunning open plan lounge with large comfortable sofas and chairs set around an open fire, and a dining area large enough to seat a full complement of guests. The floor to ceiling doors and windows allowing the light to flood in without taking anything away from the sensational views. There is a fabulous fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, the doors from here leading to the main dining area on the terrace. The vast partially covered terrace sits on top of the garden room, perfect for dining, sunbathing and relaxing while overlooking the sea, as the sun sets on your day. Downstairs is the large garden room with double sofa (which can be converted to a bed), several occasional chairs and a cross trainer, the doors from here open out onto manicured lawns giving you another perspective of the gardens, pool and sea view.

The five spacious double bedrooms all have access to their own balcony area, either facing onto the garden or over the pool to the sea. All have blackout blinds, generously sized wardrobes and are fitted with air conditioning to keep you cool on those balmy Mediterranean summer nights.  All four bathrooms are all beautifully tiled in bright colours and are fitted with accessible power showers.

Every time you see the outside of this fabulous villa it will take your breath away, not just the first time. Set into the hillside, with covered private parking for up to four cars. The grounds are amazing. Manicured lawns the paving and retaining walls in stone reflects the local stone on the hillside, mature pine trees, little paths leading around the garden to the magnificent infinity pool with its terrace and loungers and to the private beach which belongs to Villa Kassandra.
