Villa Niteshina

Villa Niteshina is a beautiful modern holiday villa filled with natural light that creates a spacious and relaxing environment for all its guests. The property has been walled in so that you’ve got privacy even when you’re out in the garden. As you enter the property, you’ll see that it has been furnished with simple and comfortable furniture and décor, radiating the relaxing atmosphere from even the minute details.

From the bright entrance hall, you’ll have access to the kitchen and dining area. The dining area is a bright and airy room that has direct views and access out to the terrace and pool area. The dining area also has a television and DVD player so that you can enjoy a movie from the table. From this beautiful dining area, you have the kitchen complete with a breakfast nook for two.

It has been fitted with all the necessary modern appliances to match the contemporary style of the villa. The kitchen even has some of the appliances that you may be missing from home such as a capsule coffee machine. Additionally, there is a utility room off the kitchen that holds a washing machine.

The living room is on the first floor, the stairs in the hall lead to the bright room equipped with a television and DVD player for your use. The room is also a good point for entertainment as it’s also equipped with a PlayStation 3.

Whether you’re looking to wind down after a day of exploration, or if you’ve got kids you need to keep occupied this offers a great option for entertainment. There are patio doors leading off this room that leads to the balcony where there is additional outdoor seating for you to use.

The ground floor is home to two of the bedrooms: they’re twin rooms, and one has direct access to the terrace and the other has an en-suite shower room. The bedrooms are bright rooms, decorated minimally offering you and your guests a distraction-free place to rest your head after a day exploring the island. There is a separate shower room on the ground floor.

The other bedrooms are on the first floor, one is a double room and the other is a twin room. Just as the bedrooms on the ground floor they are minimal in design but bright and airy. The double room has a balcony that looks out over the back of the Yacht club. The first floor has a separate shower room, and the en-suite has a hydro bath perfect for massages!

Villa Niteshina has a private pool in the garden, the large pool goes from 1m to 2ms deep, so it will be suitable for children with extra supervision. If you’re a group who enjoy some good BBQ food, then you’re in look as there is a brick-built BBQ at the villa for your use as well as some outdoor dining areas where you can gather and enjoy the excellent food and your favourite holiday drink.

On a raised terrace there are sunbeds for each guest at the villa.  You’ll have the ingredients necessary to have a spectacular holiday here!
