With its numerous balconies and terraces it is made for outdoor living, taking full advantage of the breath-taking views over the Mediterranean Sea and the islands of Conejera and Bosque.
The striking interior fuses designer furniture with original rustic features such as whitewashed stone walls, mediterranean tiles and quirky designs. It’s an ideal property for relaxing and catching up on your holiday reading.
Distributed over 3 floors, the ground floor has 2 double bedrooms and is completely independent with exterior access via a staircase and also they have a bathroom each. The main floor consists of a large living area, dining room with fireplace and direct access out to the terrace and swimming pool. Leading on to the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Also on this floor you will find 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The upper level can be accessed internally or externally and consists of a large living area with sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV with French and Spanish channels, DVD, large terrace with table and chairs for 9 pax.
The view of the bay from the terrace and swimming pool ( 8m x 4m ) area are truly spectacular.
The villa is located less than a 5 minute drive to the beach of Cala Salada and less than 10 minutes to the local town with its supermarket and restaurants. You are also just a 20 minute drive to the excitement of Ibiza Town.
