Casa del Granado

Casa del Granado is a contemporary holiday villa within walking distance of the beach and a short drive outside Marbella Centre. This large villa has a lot of interior and exterior space with several lovely locations where you can relax either alone or chill-out as a group and take a splash in the pool or a dip in the jacuzzi!

The ground floor of Casa del Granado has a beautiful open plan living and dining area, which is the perfect location for winding down. It’s a bright area thanks to the white walls and the large glass windows and doors that offer exits out into the garden. This spacious room offers adults a great place to relax as well as a great place for kids to entertain themselves under supervision if the weather is overcast.
There is a large television with satellite channels, which offers entertainment either as background noise or distractions. The dining area has a large dining table with a door that takes you out into the garden.

From the dining area you can enter the sleek and modern kitchen. It’s fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and is an efficient and sophisticated design. This open plan layout is perfect for entertaining your holiday guests whether you’re cooking or a participating! From the ground floor you can exit into the stunning exterior where you’ll find two more dining table set ups, perfect for outdoor dining. With the addition of the outdoor kitchen and the BBQ, you can enjoy some amazing food while relaxing.

The bedrooms are spread over all three floors, with the master suite being on the upper floor. The master suite has access to a private terrace which offers breath taking views and more seating arrangements. The ground floor has two en-suite bedrooms, one of these bedrooms has two double beds in it. Then finally, when you go downstairs, you’ll find three bright bedrooms with en-suites and their own terrace and access to the pool area. The bathrooms are all sleek and elegant, they have a range of walk-in showers or bathtub / shower combinations.

The pool area itself is a beautifully decked area, giving you the appearance of being on a private beach, with a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi available to you. You’ll also find sun loungers with parasols in addition to the seating locations. The pool is available as a heated pool, at extra cost so you’ll need to decide in advance if you would like this feature available to you. Additionally, if you hire a car which will make exploring Costa del Sol easier, the property has private parking available.
