Home > Cottages > Villa PesaroThis fantastic villa on the south coast of Menorca enjoys fabulous sea views, a delightful private infinity pool which stretches out towards the front of the garden, and has been entirely built for the benefit of wheelchair users. It is apparent from the outset that the entire property features a modern design, with simple, tasteful furniture in the living/dining area as you first enter the property. From here there is a double door entrance to the outdoor dining area and fabulous terrace. The French doors and adjoining windows allow the light to flood into the open plan living space creating a bright and warm ambience. The kitchen also enjoys exterior access from this floor and is complete with a range of the most modern appliances including a ceramic hob, a juicer and a coffee maker. On this same floor there are all three bedrooms, each complete with two single beds and ensuite facilities all suitable for wheelchair users. There is also an extra toilet available for guests. Each bedroom is incredibly spacious, light and airy with vast windows or patio doors leading to the wonderful terrace. The terrace area comprises not only the delightful pool and dining area but also a lawn area complete with some sun loungers to really relax and soak up the Mediterranean weather. The views from the terrace and pool take in both the fabulously green landscape of the area, and of course the big blue sea! The location puts you in a great position to venture to any of the nearby towns within just a few minutes’ drive – including many beaches, coves, traditional Menorcan restaurants and so much more!
