Villa Lucero

Tucked away in idyllic countryside within the residential area of La Font close to the town of Pollensa, Villa Lucero is a traditional holiday home that’s full of contemporary charm and convenience.

The rooms have been lovingly furnished throughout to enhance the villa’s rustic character and add a touch of modern luxury with their fixtures and features. The outside space is where traditional Spanish style comes into its own, with rambling gardens, stone terraces and outdoor dining. Beautiful mountain views can also be enjoyed from this massive plot.

One of the most welcoming rooms at Villa Lucero is the spacious living room, and it’s divided into two areas. The main space features incredibly comfortable sofas that invite you to sit back and sink yourself into. They sit in a perfect position to watch television in the evenings, making movie night a comfortable experience.

Space behind has another sofa and a couple of chairs for enjoying some quiet time reading as you feel the gentle breeze coming in through the open patio doors that lead onto a lovely terrace. An open-plan kitchen/dining area makes serving meals easy and convenient.

The fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a range of modern facilities, such as a large fridge freezer, oven and microwave. Close by is the dining table with space for several people.

Through floor-to-ceiling glass doors is the partially-covered main terrace with further dining space provided by a large wood dining table that seats up to 10 people. This is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals made from local produce as there’s also a built-in barbecue nearby. Also nearby on the terrace is a casual seating area for enjoying pre-dinner drinks.

There are five bedrooms in total, with all being of a large size and four of them have ensuite facilities. Three bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms feature two single beds each. There’s also a lovely family bathroom for use by all guests. Due to tourist license laws the property can only sleep 6 adults plus children therefore the local property manager will need to know the adults and children in the group.

The outside space is just beautiful, with gardens that have an almost fairytale-like look and feel. The lush lawns are dotted with mature trees and colourful plants and flowers, with a private swimming pool at the heart of the garden. This is surrounded by a terrace covered with shaded sun loungers. The most striking feature of all is the impressive mountainous backdrop, which can be viewed from many areas.
