Villa Nora

Villa Nora is an incredibly luxurious holiday home that’s nestled on a hillside overlooking Puerto Pollensa bay. The views from this privileged position are breathtaking and can be enjoyed throughout the villa and the extensive outside space.

Drive up the hill to the villa’s covered double carport on the top floor, which is also where you’ll find the entrance to Villa Nora. On this top floor is a large double bedroom with ensuite facilities and a walk-in wardrobe. Patio doors open onto a vast terrace with outdoor furniture for sitting and taking in the stunning sea views.

Take the stairs down to the second level, or arrive in style via the in-house lift! Here are the remaining four bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities. A spacious double bedroom has direct access to a terrace that features a hot tub for the most luxurious way to enjoy the views.

Further along, the patio is a selection of outdoor seats. There’s another bedroom with a double bed, one with both a double and single bed and finally, a dorm room with three bunk beds.

To the ground floor is a huge living area that’s incredibly bright, thanks to the glass doors that line the front wall and flood the space with natural light. The lounge area features enough comfortable seating for everyone to get together in the evenings, with a quieter seating area adjacent to this where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

Further into space is a city with a dining table that seats up to 10 people and a beautiful designer kitchen. The state-of-the-art features continue with a private cinema room for the ultimate movie night. There’s also a sofa bed for guests to use.

Accessed via the ground floor living area is a covered, glass-fronted terrace with areas for both sitting and dining. External stairs take you down onto the patio with a large private swimming pool. There’s also a shower and several sun loungers to choose from.

A partially-covered dining area is a perfect place to eat al fresco. Wrapped around the villa are lawned gardens with a variety of gorgeous plants and trees, giving you your very own slice of the Mallorcan countryside to enjoy.
