Casa Sabina is a stunning, contemporary holiday villa right on the Costabella beach, fully equipped with all the holiday essentials. Not only is the villa is stunning to look at from the exterior, but the interior is a bright and open space where you’ll be happy to send your days! The villa has plenty of locations for you to kick-back and relax, whether you’re inside or outside you’ll be able to enjoy a tranquil holiday if that is what you’re looking for. It has been equipped with a SONOS music system which means you can have your summer playlist playing throughout the villa.

When you enter the villa, you have a beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area of this open plan floor has a large sofa with a television that offers a great location for chilling out and enjoying the company of your guests. This room, as well as being great for relaxing also has large glass doors/windows that open out onto the terrace where you can access the private pool. Additionally, from here you can walk straight onto Costabella beach! The rest of the open plan area has the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.

The dining area is a sleek and formal layout in front of the kitchen. The kitchen is also sleek and very well equipped. It’s a modern design with everything you’ll need.
Also, on the ground floor you have a bedroom and a bathroom. All the bedrooms in the property have exits out onto a private terrace where you will find, for security a glass screen. The bedrooms are all beautiful, neutral and minimally decorated. The rooms will offer a great location for resting your head and getting a good night’s sleep! The basement level has some more bedrooms that share a bathroom. When you go up a floor, you’ll find more bedrooms, including the master en-suite. The first floor also has another bathroom that the bedrooms share. All the bedrooms also have a television available with access to English and other international channels as well as Spanish channels.

Then finally we can explore some of the facilities this villa offers! Along with the private swimming pool in the garden, which could be a heated pool at extra cost (specify on booking), the villa also has a jacuzzi and a sauna! There is a special opportunity if you head up to the roof where you’ll find a bar and BBQ area ready, with a stunning 360 degree view of the sea and mountains. Additionally, there are plenty of outdoor seating options provided by the terraces and the sun loungers in the rear.
