The villa is very well located between the towns of Pollenca and Port de Pollenca and is an ideal spot for family holidays with plenty to do in the surrounding area.
The villa has a homely and comfortable ambience throughout. As you enter the villa, on the ground floor, there is a bright and airy living room perfect for socialising as a group. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, where you can cook some summer feasts or a picnic ready to take to the beach.
The villa has been completely redecorated with warm colours and has a distinctly Mediterranean feel throughout all the rooms. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as a further two bedrooms on the first floor; all the rooms are comfortable and modern perfect for good night sleep.
Outside Villa Amata is perfect for kids, the swimming pool has a fence surrounding it for safety. There is a lawn area for playing as well as a barbecue and seating area if you enjoy dining al-fresco, this is the place for you! There is ample space for everyone to spend time together, as well as finding space for yourself.
Villa Amata is just a 10-minute drive to the nearest town, where you'll find a great range of restaurants and shops and water activities. There is something for everyone in this location, and this property is the perfect base to enjoy your summer in Mallorca.
