The villa’s modern and stylish aesthetic is a pleasure to experience, the large bright windows and doors ensure there is an abundance of light, whilst also framing the spectacular views. The villa starts with an open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is modern, sleek and fully equipped, a true joy for guests to cook in with ample space for an extra pair of hands. The living space is at the end of the room with a large sofa and television, making it a casual environment to enjoy through the day. Following through to the dining room, a huge sleek table provides the base for wonderful meals together, all the while enjoying the great views and sleek, tasteful furnishings. The sitting room completes the communal spaces on the ground floor; there is lots of soft seating as well as a beautiful coffee table and fire to enjoy, making this a particularly great spot for enjoying a good book or flowing conversation between friends. The villa also has a lower ground floor with a cinema, steam room and fitness area.

The villa’s seven bedrooms can all be found on the first floor, each one is elegant in design, with simple but tasteful touches. Each of the bedrooms has its own private en-suite shower room, offering extra privacy and luxury for all the guests to enjoy. Three of the bedrooms also have access to the balcony, imagine waking up and strolling out to the incredible panoramic views before heading down for a morning coffee. The master bedroom is in another league, it has a beautiful dressing room with rich dark woods, and wall-length mirrors providing a sophisticated décor. It also has access to a private terrace, so little privacy can always be found.

Outside the villas unique views of stunning landscape speak for themselves, the outdoor spaces have been sculptured to maximise these views, with a terrace and large dining table providing uninterrupted vistas. Walking down the pristine lawn towards the private infinity pool, the views open to including the mountain on which the villa is nestled in, sandwiching the pool between two amazing landscapes. Perhaps one of the most popular features is the outdoor bathtub on the terrace, giving you the chance to enjoy a relaxing bath whilst soaking up the warm sun and sounds of nature all around.
