The villa is set over two floors, making the most of the unusual levels that it was built on. The upper floor is home to the living spaces; the design is spacious and modern throughout. There is a large open-plan living/dining room featuring wooden beamed ceilings and wide open glass walls flooding the room with elegance and light. One of the twin bedrooms, with a curved Mares stone ceiling, is very spacious and 2 x extra beds for children can be requested at an extra cost. 

The villa is set in a large plot and is the ideal combination of countryside location and walking distance to the stunning town of Pollenca, although the road is unpaved.
