Villa Katriana

Situated just a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach of Armacao de Pera, Villa Katriana offers guests an idyllic stay in the heart of the Algarve. Situated close to Carvoeiro in a quiet residential area, Villa Katriana gives guests the perfect combination of peace and convenience. The villa has a large outdoor terrace with a dining area and furniture, perfect for those who enjoy dining al fresco, as well as plenty of sun-loungers for those who want to soak up the Algarve sun. Also, the terrace has natural shade if you do want to escape from it for a while. There is also a sparkling blue private outdoor swimming pool that sits centre-stage, inviting guests in to cool down from the blazing Algarve sun. Additionally, there is a fantastic barbecue fantastic for cooking-up a delicious dinner.

The interior is very comfortable and homely. The ground floor consists of an open-plan living and dining area, with a large flat screen TV and lots of comfortable furniture. Furthermore, it has patio doors allowing the Algarve sun to flood into the rooms making them bright and airy, and providing direct access to the terrace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor perfect for cooking up family meals in, especially as there is a supermarket nearby where guests can stock-up on local ingredients. There is also two bedrooms downstairs, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, each with double beds and en suite bathrooms. The bedrooms each have their own unique gorgeous interior and the bathrooms are very well equipped, ensuring that guests feel at home during their stay in the villa.

This villa is in a very privileged location due to it being only a short walk away from the nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurants. There is something for everybody to enjoy in this area; the villa is a short drive from the nearest beach, and is also close to Carvoeiro, which has many exciting sights to see and wonderful bars and restaurants. Furthermore, with Faro airport only being under an hours’ drive away, getting there could not be easier. With its impressive facilities and ideal location Villa Katriana has everything guests need to completely relax and switch off.
