As you step through the threshold, notice that the lovely exterior walls stretch throughout the house, creating a traditional feeling to this lovely rural finca. A fabulous wooden dining area greets you upon entering the house, complete with elegant low hanging lights, and original wooden beams overhead. In the kitchen, also adorned with wonderful wooden beams stretching across the ceiling and built-in wooden cupboards, is everything you need to rustle up a Mediterranean delight. The large windows above the sink allow the light and warmth of the Mallorcan afternoon to flood into the kitchen and fill this wonderful villa with life. Similarly, the living area expands across two storeys, with loads of windows and large doorways inviting the outside world in. On this ground-floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and large windows, and a WC. Venture upstairs and discover a further three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds, and two of these rooms have large sets of doors leading to fabulous balconies. Outside, in the large front garden lined with flowers there’s a great barbeque area for the long summer evenings, and of course, a table tennis table, catering for the competitive ones in the group! On the other side of the house is a vast lawn area, plus a large pool surrounded by loungers allowing you to kick back and indulge in the fiery Mallorcan sun, cooling off intermittently with a dip in the pool, or simply a moment under the handily placed outdoor shower. If you’re looking to enjoy the warmth of the weather without the risk of getting burnt, step under the large veranda and into the shade of the tree-lined terrace area, with a large table for dining or simply sipping a drink and admiring the sunset out over the nearby hills. With a garden filled with all kinds of trees and plants, you’ll feel totally grounded and calm settling down in this stunning Mallorcan landscape. Ideal for trekking and golf, adventure or relaxation, this stunning villa has everything you need to make the most of your time on this beautiful island, and it just a stone’s throw from the nearby town of Pollensa with all that has to offer too!
