Tucked away in the idyllic countryside and close to the west coast of Ibiza, Villa los Pajaritos de Martina is a striking holiday home that oozes style and sophistication. Surrounded by lush hillside forest, the villa offers total privacy within an expansive plot. Stunning views over the countryside and out to the sea and coast can be enjoyed from almost every room and area of the outside space. Comprising of a main villa and two independent properties, Villa los Pajaritos de Martina sleeps up to twelve guests in comfort and flexible space. On the ground floor of the villa is a large living/dining room that benefits from plenty of natural light, thanks to the numerous windows and doors. The living area has a cool, sea-inspired colour scheme, comfortable sofas for everyone to relax on and doors to the outside space. A classic marble table and wicker chairs create an elegant dining space, with more doors that lead outside. There's an additional living room with television and sofas for a cosy area to unwind or socialise. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking delicious meals with a range of local ingredients that you can find in nearby towns and villages. There's also a laundry room for extra convenience during your stay. The main bedroom on this floor has an ensuite bathroom with luxurious multi-jet bath and access to a terrace offering superb sea views. On the first floor are a further two double bedrooms with terrace access and use of a generous-sized bathroom. The two separate houses each have their own living room, two double bedrooms and terrace access. One bedroom has a double bed and the other features two single beds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower. On the main terrace is a partially-covered outdoor seating area and dining space for al fresco meals. Steps take you down to the lawned garden with a large, private swimming pool and a selection of sun loungers on the terrace that surrounds it. The views from the garden are simply breathtaking, with the position of the pool making it feel as if you're just inches from the sea whenever you enjoy a swim.
