Villa Pietra

Around 6km from the beach and within a short drive of both Carvoeiro and Portimão, Villa Pietra sits amongst beautiful grounds with large terraces and a private pool. Its peaceful location near the town of Lagoa is ideal for a relaxing break in the Algarve, and the villa can accommodate up to ten guests in its five bedrooms.

Surrounded by palms and tropical plants, Villa Pietra’s 9m x 6m private pool is a special treat – and even if you don’t jump in, you can still enjoy it from the comfort of an adjacent sun lounger. The terrace provides a covered area, dining table and chairs and a barbecue and pizza oven, as well as relaxed seating areas.

Patios doors lead you inside to the main living room, spacious and open with a fireplace and large TV and DVD player. There’s lots of room to sit, and to dine, with 10-seater dining set for more formal meals. The kitchen is equipped with essentials and luxuries alike, including a Nespresso machine, wine fridge and breakfast bar. All the rooms have to air-condition and are connected to a central Bluetooth sound system.

A twin bedroom with en suite is located on the ground floor, while the other four bedrooms are upstairs – three with a king-size bed and one with a double. Two of these have direct access to the large terrace which overlooks the pool, and their own en suite or a nearby bathroom. The other two share a large bathroom with a decadent whirlpool bath with step access. Natural light floods into the villa, adding to its light and airy feel.

It’s a short drive to the town of Lagos, and the village of Estombar has a number of amenities just 1km away. Also, close by are the Slide & Splash water park, ideal for a family day out, and several golf courses.
