Constance Moofushi
- No client will be allowed onto Constance Moofushi or Constance Halaveli without a negative PCR test certificate.
- For clients in receipt of a negative PCR test certificate:
-Upon arrival at Constance Lounge, all clients will be asked to take a further PCR test conducted by the Hotel medical team (at no additional cost to the client).
Whilst the test is processed, clients will be able to proceed to the hotel where upon arrival they will be asked to remain in the privacy of their villa until test results are received.
-We do not expect this process to take more than 12 hours, but it could take up to a maximum of 24 hours.
-If a negative test result is received, the client may leave their villa and move around the hotel as normal.
-If the test result returns positive, the client will be asked to continue to self-isolate in their villa.
- All guests travelling to and from the Maldives are required to submit a self-health declaration within 24 hours prior to their departure to/from the Maldives. Please access this link here.
Moreover, the negative PCR test result must be attached while completing this Travel Health Declaration form, which has to be submitted online by all arriving passengers before arrival (but not exceeding 24 hours before arrival time).
- All guests should also have valid health & travel insurance. (including coverage for all treatments and repatriation for events related to Covid-19)
- A copy of the negative PCR test result still needs to be brought and shown (upon request), clearly showing the name, address of the laboratory, results and date of the sample taken.
- We would require a scanned copy of the guest passports to be sent to us via email two days before landing for a faster process. Should we receive this information earlier, the above process could be done faster.
- Further to requirements from some airlines, a PCR test can be done at the hotel prior to departure from the Maldives. USD 185 per person which includes the on-site test and all logistics to and from Male for processing.
