Security deposit

€500 which is to be paid in cash on arrival and to be refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Linen & towels included?

Yes, for house and pool use only. Cleaning and linen change provided at the end of each week (in July and August a mid-week clean is also included)

The Balearic Eco Tax is charged at 2.20 euros per person per night over 16 and must be paid on arrival directly to the owner
