Four bedroomed Can Mar has been newly built using only the finest materials such as solid wood, stone and natural stuccos, all designed by one of the best studios on the island. Its unique design gives guests a real wow factor as the place has been furnished with great contemporary taste and style whilst retaining a nod to Mallorquin character and tradition.
The spacious living room on the upper level has wide open doors opening up to a magnificent decked terrace where you can dine or lounge al-fresco with the most memorable sea-views. A well equipped kitchen with every modern amenity and two pretty bedrooms all lead out to a garden terrace with gas barbecue and a space to enjoy the morning sunshine or shady evenings in the peace and tranquility of the area.
On the lower level there are two further bedrooms, both with sliding doors opening up to the gardens and sea-view terraces, leading to the very special infinity swimming pool. You’ll find shady olive trees, pretty benches and lazy sun-loungers dotted around the terraced gardens where you can gaze at some of the best views on the island.
Deia is a small idyllic village approximately five minutes drive away, perched high up with stunning views down to the crystal clear seas. With a stunning backdrop of the ‘Sierra de Tramuntana’, the beautiful village is typically Mediterranean with green shuttered stone houses and narrow streets of pretty boutiques, art galleries, upmarket restaurants, cafes and Mallorquin tapas bars.
In the other direction the pretty town of Soller is a dramatic 10 minutes drive away, here you can enjoy the ambience with a glass of wine on the town square with the Sant Bartomeu church or find one of the many walking paths, such as those to the picturesque villages of Biniaraix and Fornalutx.
Can Mar is perfect for those looking for contemporary luxury, mesmorising views and the perfect location for exploring some of the finest villages in Mallorca.
