Tax
Balearic Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person, per night for all guests over the age of 16 has not been included in the rental price and will need to be paid in cash locally on arrival
Insurance
It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
