These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit
€1000 charged to client's credit card by the owner upon arrival and refunded 24hours/48hours after your departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included?
Included in the rental price. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.

Energy costs included?
Yes included in rental price.
Heating costs included?
Not applicable
Internet access?
Wifi internet included in rental price (please remember that it is a rural connection and so it may not be as strong as it is at home).

Not allowed.

Not permitted.
Pool heating charge?
The swimming pool is not heated, water temperature is reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax
Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night between 1/5- 31/10 for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival within the second payment. Balearic Winter Local Tax OF €0.55 per person per night between 1/11 -30/4 for over 16's is not included in rental price and will need to be paid prior to arrival within the second payment.
Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Cots and highchairs can be provided on request for an additional charge of €50 per item, per stay

The local property managers ask you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
