Security deposit
€500 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival or charged on client's credit card by the owner and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.

5 pm.
Departure time
By 10 am.
Energy costs included?
Yes.
End of stay cleaning included?
No, €160 per week (8 people), €240 per week (12 people).
Other Ts and Cs
The swimming pool is open from the 1st April - 30th October. The pool has a fence for child safety.
Insurance
It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
Pool opening dates?
The pool is open approximately from beginning of April to end-October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Smoking Allowed?
Outside only.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room.
Linen & towels included?
Yes.
Changeover day
Saturday from mid-June to end-August. Flexible during all other periods.
Minimum stay
7 nights from mid-June to end-August. 3 nights during all other periods.
Pool towels included?
Yes.
Internet access?
Wi-Fi connection included.
Other Ts and Cs
Cots and high chairs available on request free of charge.
Pool heating charge?
No. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
