Casa Vilanova

Casa Vilanova is situated on the outskirts of Sa Pobla and is a recently constructed, modern villa set on one level. The property has excellent furnishings and décor, being a modern and convenient property. 

There is an open plan living /dining room, with a stone wall that is a stunning feature of the room. The living area has sofas that you’ll sink into, as well as a smart TV for your use, perfect for accessing the internet as well as accessing channels and programs you’re used to seeing.

There are large glass patio doors that lead out onto the well-furnished terrace, these doors bring in the light and paired with the lights in the building, they help make the room brighter and inviting. The high ceilings in this area help keep it cool in the summer months also, which is beneficial to the guests staying at the villa.  There is an American style kitchen connected to the living and dining room, which is equipped with the necessary modern appliances.

There are three bedrooms, a double and two twin rooms. The double bedroom has an ensuite, and plenty of storage space for your clothing and items. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is another bathroom, a shared shower room which similarly to the ensuite is a warm and inviting bathroom, where you can relax in the shower and indulge in the quiet.

When you exit through the large patio doors in the living area out onto the terrace, you’ll find a BBQ for your use as well as a ping pong table and docking station for entertainment. With the private pool in addition to the other facilities, you have the ingredients for a fantastic evening with your guests.

The private pool is a lovely size surrounded by sun loungers for your use, and the garden itself is surrounded by open agricultural land. The villa is a place of peace and relaxation, and you’ll be able to create the holiday you want here.
