These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit
€2500 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
4.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. Check in after 7 pm will be charged a €200 fee.
Departure time
By 10.00 a.m.
Energy costs included?
No, only electricity is included.

Linen & towels included?
Yes.
Pets welcome?
€100 per week
Changeover day
Saturday from end-June to mid-December, flexible during all other periods.
End of stay cleaning included?
Yes.
Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Please note that the prices quoted on our website are for 10 bedrooms only sleeping a maximum of 20 people. There is an extra charge for the use of the additional 3 bedrooms.

The pool is open approximately end-May to end-October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
