These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Deposit will comprise one third of the total rental price, to be paid upon booking. The rest must be paid prior to arrival.

Pool heating charge?
There is a charge of €300 per week to heat the pool and Jacuzzi.
Other Ts and Cs
Cancelling of a reservation by the client must be done in writing. If cancelled at least 57 days prior to check in, the deposit will be kept. In the event of a cancellation within 57 days of the check-in date, 90% of the total rental fee will be charged.

There is an additional charge of 300 euros per week to heat the pool- needs to be requested at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Balearic Tourist Tax to be paid locally in cash upon arrival - 2.20 euros per person per night for all guests over the age of 16
