Security deposit
From €5000 to €10000, depending on length of stay. It can be in cash on arrival or through bank transfer. It is refunded upon check out in cash or refunded two weeks after departure via bank transfer, subject to full inspection

4pm (early check-in possible upon availability)

12pm (late check-out possible upon availability)
End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included?
Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included?
Yes, included in rental price.

Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price
