These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit
€500 paid in cash or cheque to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
3.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. Extra €20 for arrivals between 6.00 pm and 8.00 p.m. and extra €40 between 8.00 p.m. and 11.00 p.m.. Arrivals after 11.00 p.m. are not permitted.
Departure time
10.00 a.m.
Energy costs included?
Included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included?
Yes, plus mid-week towel change.
Pets welcome?
Not allowed. Feeding of stray animals is also strictly forbidden.
End of stay cleaning included?
Extra €100 (1 week stay)/€120 (2 weeks stay)/€140 (3 weeks), paid locally in cash. 2 hours mid-stay cleaning included.
Smoking Allowed?
Outside only.
Insurance
It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.

The staff runs a laundry service according to the guest needs. The first three washing are free, after this number, the cost of each wash is €5
Pool towels included?
Yes, two pool towels are included for each guest.
Pool opening dates?
The pool is open approximately from beginning of May to end-October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming. Diving is not permitted.

Two cots are available on request.
Tax
Italian Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€3 per adult per night- please enquire if exact amount is required).
