These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit
€1500 paid in cash or credit card to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
4 pm to 7 pm.
Departure time
By 10 am.
Linen & towels included?
Yes, plus mid-week change of towels.
Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Changeover day
Saturday from end-June to end-August, flexible during all other periods.
End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Heating costs included?
No.
Energy costs included?
Yes. Air conditioning charged on consumption, payable locally.
Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Internet access?
Wi-Fi internet access included.
Tax
Italian Visitors Tax payable locally (typically costs approximately between €1-€3 per adult per night- please enquire if exact amount is required).
Minimum stay
7 nights.

Weddings and any other special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges.
