Outside, there is a studio annex, containing a double mezzanine bedroom accessed via a wooden staircase and a toilet. The annex also has a lounge area with a wood burning stove. The villa provides ample space to socialise as well as finding some time to yourself.

The external facilities are luscious, with an irresistible shallow entry swimming pool 5m x 10m, perfect for young children and an outdoor cooking and dining area if you’re a fan of dining al-fresco. The covered and uncovered terraces give you an option of spaces to relax, day dream, sunbathe or just read your book, offering something for everyone. Set in lovely mature gardens the villa is private from the other houses on the estate and has its own parking area, a large lawn at the front and side for children to run around and enjoy.
