Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

7 nights (short-breaks may be possible on request outside end June-end August).

- 50% of the total deposit will be held if cancellation is made by within 7 months of arrival - 100% of the total deposit will be held if cancellation is made within 3 months of arrival - The second payment will not by refunded - 50% of the total amount must be paid at time of booking confirmation with the balance due 90 days before arrival

The pool is open from beginning of May to end of October, approximately. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
