It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation, personal accidents and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.

A credit card may be required as damage deposit.
Changeover day
Changeover can be any day of the week.
End of stay cleaning included?
End of stay cleaning is included. There is a light clean six days a week and twice weekly linen change.

Minimum stay is 7 nights

Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
