These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit
A security deposit of €1000 will be required at check-in in cash. An additional €300 should be added if a chef is booked for 5 or more days, the extra monies will be used by the chef for groceries. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Energy costs included?
Yes, all energy costs are included in the rental price

Linen, towels, pool towels and slippers are all included in the rate.

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
End of stay cleaning included?
End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price
Smoking Allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties
Minimum stay
7 nights during July and August, 3 nights the remainder of the year
Heating costs included?
Pool heating is included for all stays between April and October. For the five winter months, November to March, it is available on request for an additional charge varying on the length of stay; please enquire for a quote.
