Security deposit
There is a security deposit of €600 that is required in full prior to arrival. Credit card details will be requested for this payment. This payment will then be refunded in full subject to a damage inspection upon departure.

Tax
Balearic Eco Tourism Tax is being charged at 2.20 euros for over 16's per night - before 30/05/18 not included in the rental cost and will be added to the booking at time of balance payment. Bookings made after 30/05/18 this charge will be included in the rental cost.
