Security deposit

Deposit will comprise one third of the total rental price, to be paid upon booking. The rest must be paid prior to arrival.

Cancelling of a reservation by the client must be done in writing.

Security deposit

There is a tourist tax to be paid at €2.10 per person, per day.

Tax

Balearic Tourist Eco Tax is charged at 2.20 euros per person per night for over 16's - this must be paid on arrival
