It is situated in a quiet, elevated position in Quarteira 3km from the sea, 7km from the Vilamoura Marina and 3.5km from Almancil. These distances take no time at all, yet you will feel so secluded and at peace in this lovely villa. The plot is huge and needless to say this 5-bedroom villa is incredibly spacious and comfortable.
The garden is absolutely beautiful, with lush and colourful mature planting. Where the villa is elevated, the garden has several levels. The pool is stunning and is surrounded by loungers and a very attractive rockery. The lush lawns are perfect for children wanting to play and are very pleasing on the eye. The terrace is decked with fabulous lounge furniture and an added attraction of a jacuzzi. You can always find a lovely quiet spot in this garden for a quiet cup of tea or to read your holiday book. It is so ideal if you have an extended family.
On the ground floor, the lounge is modern and very comfortable with an open-hearth fireplace. It is vast and so bright with several sets of doors letting in the light. There are lovely views of the garden. The massive sofa is so squishy! The open-plan kitchen and dining area is very smart with every appliance you could wish for. The breakfast bar is great with lovely colourful bar stools. This leads to a wonderful terrace with an outdoor dining suite and a brick-built barbecue for alfresco dining. There are alluring views of the fabulous countryside. Two of the spacious bedrooms are on this level, one with twin beds and the other a double. They both have immaculate ensuite bathrooms.
On the lower ground floor, there is a further double bedroom and a twin and another smart bathroom. There is also a fantastic games room with two sofabeds and a great supply of gym equipment. The pool table will be very popular, and it is a wonderful place for children to watch a few movies if they are tired.
The upper floor is home to another wonderful, deluxe double bedroom with an ensuite and a lovely furnished terrace. The views get even better as you move up the villa.
This is such a wonderful villa where you can enjoy happy family time and get to the Algarve attractions in no time at all.
