Villa Elio

Located on the La Resina Golf resort between Estepona and Marbella, the 3-bedroom Villa Elio provides a peaceful holiday home on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Ideally placed for Puerto Banus and family attractions like Selwo Aventura safari park, this attractive villa enjoys the use of its own private pool and garden. This modern house can accommodate up to six guests and lies just 3km from the sea. It’s an easy drive to the beach and an easy walk to La Resina’s scenic 9-hole golf course. At the house, you have a terrace with seating, sun loungers, a covered dining area and a barbecue, with plenty of privacy on the lawn around the 8m x 4m pool. Spacious and comfortable, Villa Elio is set on three levels. There is a living and dining area with direct access from the patio, which provides ample seating and satellite TV. Your kitchen is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hotplates, a microwave and fridge freezer. All of the bedrooms are found on the upper floor. You have a double with en suite bath and shower and balcony, a twin room and a second double. There is also another bathroom with bath on this floor. The house enjoys some beautiful views of the mountains and golf course and is located around 3km from the nearest shops. Estepona is around 9km away and provides many beach bars and restaurants to visit. Its pretty cobbled streets of whitewashed buildings are complemented by modern developments like the Puerto Deportivo leisure marina. Just 2km away from the villa, the popular Selwo Aventura park is a great place for a family day out, containing a large number of animal and bird species. To the east of the golf resort, Marbella provides the nightlife at the Puerto Banus marina and shopping on a grand scale at mega-mall La Cañada.
