Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet per week will apply (payable locally).

Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

An additional bed is available. Extra €80 per week, payable locally.
Pool opening dates?
The pool is open approximately beginning of May to end-October. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Tax
Italian Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€3 per adult per night- please enquire if exact amount is required).

Please note that published rates are only valid for the current year. Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Pool towels included?
Yes.
Pool heating charge?
Solar panels heat the pool. Additonal heating (if required) is available on request at an extra cost, payable locally.
Changeover day
Saturday (July and August) or flexible at other times, on request.
Minimum stay
7 nights (July and August) or 3 nights at other times, on request.

Weddings and any special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges.
End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Heating costs included?
No, extra charges apply based on consumption, payable locally.
Other Ts and Cs
A cot can be requested at a charge of €30.00 per cot per week, payable locally.
