These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit
€1.500 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time
4pm to 7pm.
Departure time
10am.
Energy costs included?
Water, electricity and gas are included in the rental price; air conditioning consumption on request at an extra cost of €250 per week (paid locally in cash).
Linen & towels included?
Yes, plus change on Saturday for stays longer than a week.
Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €70 per pet per week will apply (payable locally).
Changeover day
Saturday from April to end-September and during Christmas and New Year. Flexible during all other periods.
End of stay cleaning included?
Included for weekly stays. Extra €200 for short stays, payable locally in cash.
Smoking Allowed?
Outside only.
Minimum stay
7 nights. Short breaks are available on request in low season.
Internet access?
Wi-Fi connection included.
Pool opening dates?
The pool is open approximately June to end-September. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
Pool towels included?
Yes, plus change on Saturday for stays longer than a week.

Pool can be heated at extra cost.
