Villa del Pinar

Villa del Pinar is a traditional adobe brick holiday villa, with a stunning exterior and a beautiful and comfortable interior at your disposal. There is a partially covered terrace with plenty of outdoor seating areas, where you can sit to enjoy the company of your guests and admire all the greenery around the property, you even have magnificent views of the sea from the terrace. As the property is on one level, you’ll find that it is great for those who would struggle in a villa with staircases.

When you enter the property, you’ll find there are two living areas, both equipped with comfortable seating opportunities and they both have access out to the terrace. The living areas are both bright and cosy. You’ll also find a satellite television and DVD player available for your use, perfect for background noise or entertainment during the evening and winding down.

One of the living areas is an open plan room, the dining table can be found in this open-plan space. It has plenty of natural light thanks to the glass patio doors, which also means from the dining area you have the same spectacular views of the sea and greenery. The kitchen is a separate space, though it’s spacious and equipped with modern necessities to make it an efficient space.

There are five bedrooms at Villa del Pinar, three are inside the villa and two are outbuildings. The inside bedrooms range from rooms with a queen bed, to rooms with 2 single beds. All of them have direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as seating, the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds and en-suite bathrooms, both of which have bathtubs. There is a third bathroom inside the villa. The two outbuildings have a bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite rooms, these have shower fittings.

As the exterior of the villa has been so lovingly kept, you’ll find that it’s breathtaking to look at, and you’ll love to spend your time outside, whether on the terrace or on the lawn. No matter where you’re spending your time, it’ll be a great place to enjoy the company of your guests, great food and your favourite holiday drink.
