End of stay cleaning included?
Extra €90, paid locally in cash. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included?
Not included in the rental price, extra €7 per person per week, paid locally in cash.
Energy costs included?
Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access?
Wi-Fi connection included in rental price.

Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed?
Not permitted.
Pool heating charge?
The swimming pool heating is provided free of charge in the winter months from October to the end of April but an extra 195 euros per week in the summer from May to September - just let us know if Pool heating is required in the summer and we can add this to your booking. Paid locally in cash.
Tax
Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

All pricing is based on accommodation only. However, we can arrange a package holiday to include flights, transfers, car hire or activities. Just ask your travel consultant when booking.
